The warranty on my RS forks has now expired, not that I would want to trust FisherOutdoors to service them again after a bad experiance! But time soon to get mine serviced I think.

Anyone got any good tips about any fork specialists they have had service their forks? Good experiance or bad?

KK.

T F Tuned do most makes / models, never heard a bad word about them.

I only use Mojo, but they're only up the road from me and they only do Fox.

Download the service guide for your forks off the RS website and do your own.

RS forks are monumentally easy to do, you don't need any special tools (although a set of cheapy circlip pliers would help) and you'll save yourself a packet in the process.

Agree with Dave but if you don't want to do them yourself I'd also recommend TFTuned. Had excellent service from them recently, 3 day turn around door to door, very helpful on the phone and did exactly what they said they would. Good website too. They are also useful for spares and service kits if you do want to do it yourself.

    I've bought a new bike....ouch - result
    Can I buy a new bike?...No - no result
  • Did mine myself. The RS website is great for the service guide and video tutorial.Pretty straightforward if you are mechanically minded.TF Tuned were incredibly helpful providing some pointers and quick despatch of seal kit.
