Just starting riding back into work after selling my car. My locks have laid at work for 6months and now one of them is full of mud and general dirt, any ideas how to unblock it?
Was thinking WD40 etc but wasn't too sure.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers

WD or any-similar and compressed air.

then a light oil when the worst is out.

  • Thanks for the advice, got some WD40.

Unfortunately the key snapped in the lock, so it's a write off (thankfully not round the bike at the time). Looks like a trip to the lbs is in order on the way home.
