Best front light for visibility?

Hi Gang

What's the best front light to be seen with (rather than to see, IYSWIM) which will fit a 31.8mm handlebar?

I have a Smart 5 LED light but the mounting bracket isn't large enough for oversize bars...

I just bought a Cateye OptiCube, three leds, flash (320hrs), steady (80hrs).
Like you, I just wanted something to help me being seen, I only ride in daylight. Has a very flexible bracket, a little like a plastic 'jubilee' clip, will fit anything. I have K Wing bars.
