The headset bearings on y langster are toast - no amount of regreasing is going to save them.
I whipped out the fork to have a look, expecting I'd just be able to knock out the old bearings and put in some new ones. However it looks as if the lower bearing race (at the top of the headtube) is something like 10mm deep. Anyone happen to know what I'm looking at? Is it a standard integrated bearing with a spacer beneath it? Or something strange?
I cant seem to find any info, and would like to know what Im doing before I get the hammer and drift out....
Cheers
