I thought it'd be good to have a dedicated selling/buying thread on the commuting board, as I know I for one would be happier trading with people who I know, virtually or actually, and I don't know how many people here even use the Bikeradar classified boards.

So, if M.Cole is happy, this can be the thread where you flog your unwanted bike bits, or make requests for things you need. Can the mods confirm? If it's not appropriate, feel free to delete (a PM to explain would be appreciated).

  • Is this where you're going to start flogging your collection of - ahem - unusual (read: lurid) cycling jerseys?

I knew the novelty would wear off. I knew it!
Swim. Bike. Run. Yeah. That's what I used to do.

Why do you need this when you could use the Classifieds forum section? If you want a Classifieds section for Commuting that is a different thing but having everything under one thread is just too confusing and convoluted IMO.

Possibly losing the capitals in the thread title may help.

Well, you might be right, but then again it could be worth a go. If no-one uses it or it doesn't work then fair enough.

And Greg, why, which ones did you have your eye on?

the classifieds are there for a reason.

    Use them-
