Looking for beginners' routes on Skye

I am complete novice at MTB (but commute on a road bike 10 miles round trip) and not super fit. I'm looking for 'easy' routes on Skye as we are up there for week around christmas. Any ideas ?
(I did a forum search on this topic but some of the links are too old and got me nowhere)
