scott genius rear shock bushes

I have got mega play on the top connecter of my rear shock on my 2007 scott genius rc , does any body know how to change these is it simple or do i take it to the shop.

    you need a shock bush tool to push out the old one and fit the new bush.

    I used a vice and a suitable socket on the other side and pushed the old out with the new
