where to get wheels built (mail order)

need to get a set of ceramic rims/32spoke/phil wood hubs built uo - any ideas where? either mail order or bath/bristol area. many thanks

buy your rims from Ribble, mavic open ceramic, your hubs from totalcycling.com,then take them to fred baker cycles and they will supply spokes and build you a decent set of wheels
