Banbury - Daventry Newbie seeks Cycling Club

I currently live about half way between Daventry and Banbury, and I'm looking to join a cycling club. Not one that flies everywhere at 18mph minimum. although I would like to get up to that standard, if possible. Does anyone have any recommendations?
