Can't believe I've lost them again...

For the second time, I've lost my bar plugs from the end of my handlebars. :oops:

I got a set of Lizard Skins ones free from the LBS when I got my bar-ends installed. I lost the both of them. I then bought an expensive (£6.99) set with fibre effect coverings from CRC and I have now lost one of those.

I'd like to appeal to anyone in the Edinburgh/Lothian area that if they find either a dual-set of LIzard skin bar plugs or a single carbon effect bar plug then please let me know. I'd be keen for the return of these items to adorn my bike storage chest in my garage.

All is not that bad though. I bought a set of Raleigh ones today which have a screw in them, not only do they look good with my bar ends but they fit well also and will take a lot to remove them without unscrewing them. They cost £1.99 and it amazes me that the cheap bike accessory purchases can still be gratifying, I also found them in a dusty corner in the LBS and got the last ones.

I don't mind Buckfast although it's not a very upmarket aperitif. I have actually seen a ned on a bike with a bottle in the cage.
