There's a mince pie at home with my name on it - and the last of the cream is in the fridge.

That has my name on it too.

    though not literally.

I mean neither the pie nor the cream literally has my name on it.

but I will be eating them when i get home.

    Is that clear?

I bought some mince pies the other day, in a rather pathetic attempt to enter into the Christmas spirit. I wanted some with icing sugar lightly dusted on top, but bought some mince pies that had a layer of icing on them by mistake. They weren't too bad though.

The cream I have for putting on mince pies has Baileys in it.

It's very tastey, and very seasonal. :D

This thread is getting dangerously interesting.

Although I have noticed that it is warmer inside than outside.

...that creates a frightening visual image, considering the friction that appears to be so far safely confined within Porgy's trousers.

...thanks for the update, but the less I know about the atmospheric conditions surrounding 'Farmer Jake and his two sprouts' the happier I will feel.
