Me again,

Right got my shiny new shimano pd m540's in the post today and I've a couple of questions.

Firstly how the hell do i remove the supplied reflector platform that comes attached? Been trying for the last 30mins and all I've ended up with is sore hands!

Secondly re. reflectors and this type of pedal, are there alternatives to the crappy plastic platform reflectors supplied? I do ride at night on my way home.

Cheers big ears,

Rich.

Finally got the buggers off, had to set the tension to its lowest setting then prize them off with a screwdriver, bloody awkward.

now that you;'ve got them off: no there's no legal alternative to having the pedal reflectors.

Ah good, you've found the correct way to do it...

Also, purchase shoes with reflective tabs on the back.
