Help buying seatpost size!!

Hi i need a seatpost but i can't find one that fits my bike!!
My seat tube is 34mm
The seatpost i bought for it which is too big is 30.9mm
And the seatpost i had in it is between 30.8 and 30.9
Please help what size do i need and where do i get it from!!

Those dimensions do not make sense! If you had a seat-post at between 30.8 and 30.9 and your new one is 30.9 what is the difference? I would suggest that you are out on your measuring, what did you measure it with?
