if the back has 26" wheel on the back then yes.

i don't know what the frame is. to me the rear wheel lokks 26" :?

just checked on a website and the model is commencal absolut maxmax 24. http://www.ukmountainbiker.com/view/Bikes/Commencal/Commencal_Absolut_MAXMAX_24_2009/ so no you can't have 26" wheels. problem solved
