Bike Trainer

Hi,
I am thinking about getting a bike trainer for the Winter period as obviously its going to become more and more difficult to get onto the road. I was wondering if anyone recommends anything in particular, that isn't vastly expensive (hopefully sub £200). Also will it be compatible with my bike? I have a spesh tarmac and heard there might be some issues with frame clearance?
Cheers

I have an Elite Elastogel Crono wireless turbo that I'm pretty happy with, especially so given that I bought it in almost new condition for only £70. Has a nice feel to it and is fairly quiet.
October's C+ mag had a test of turbos. The best at around the £200 mark was the Elite Crono Fluid Elastogel (doesn't have the display unit that the wireless version has though). The Tacx Flow is also highly rated, but you'd be looking at closer to £300 for that.
Also have a look at CyclOps trainers and the Tacx Sirius.More problems but still living....0
