Tommasini Techno - when did it start?

I understand the Tommasini Techno's are made from Dedacciai's SAT 14.5 Nivacrom steel tubing but they also have been made from Columbus Nivacrom El OS. Can anyone tell me when they moved from from colombus to deda and when were the first techno's made. The earliest reference i can find is 1992.
