Off topic BUT anyway well done to all the great south runners today, fantastic turn out, very well organised apart from the train companies grrrr!

especially to mrs itboffin @ a respectable 1'46"

Might even try it myself next year :shock:
Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.

    Congratulations to Mrs itboffin.

    NGale couldn't take part due to some ankle problems which developed during training. She will be entering next year

    Excellent effort. The thought of running more than 5k now gives me the eebee jeebies.

    Might also add that Mrs itboffin's has lost 25lbs whilst training for said run :D

    Congrats to Mrs ITB. Lovely route, especially the 'wind tunnel' close to the end :)

    Might add it to my race list for next year.
