Can anyone recomend a courier for an ebayed (commuter) bike?

This is an eBay question - I need a courier to pick up a bike in the north and bring it to London. Depending on which bike I win it'll either be Leeds or Stafford. I have engaged Google (ie "bike courier") without much success. Can anyone with experience of posting/receiving a bike by courier recommend a firm? I've heard it can be done for £20, which sounds cheap, although I'm not in a massive rush so it doesn't have to be next day.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Parcel2go seem to be mentioned when this question is always asked though usually by the seller not the buyer.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

Parcelforce 24 or 48. I've used them once with a bike and it was about £25 and pretty easy0

I've also used Parcelforce 48 - cost was £25 & included collection from home & tracking.
Don't remember how much the max insured value was - but I think it was £500
Other couriers tend to work out more expensive - because the overall dimensions mean
they charge by volume.
Bike box was free from local Evans store - but I was making a purchase at same time.
Some shops may charge a few quid
Some good guidance here.

I know you're the buyer in this case - but might be of interest for your seller.

I would avoid these jokers like the plague.
I arranged for them to pick up a large parcel to send to my parents in Spain.
I decided to take the risk of leaving it outside as it was the only way, no one at home during the day, and I wasn;t allowed to take it to a depot.
Three times I put it out, three times they didn't collect it at anypoint during the day, no phone calls, no e-mail to say they were unable to collect it.
One the 3rd day it also got somewhat soggy, despite my best efforts to cover it with a tarpaulin.
That was enough then, bearing in mind each day I had to manhandle a large heavy box out of the garage and then get it out again in the morning.
I can't abide slackness and unprofessionailism such as that.
