Possibly not. White gloves would get cacked up in the wet weather. Go for black like normal people ?

Well... Literally every piece of my cycling equipment is white. I go out in all weathers and it's all still sparkling clean.

I'm not too bothered about spoiling it with black gloves, but some white ones would be a nice touch :)

I've got a pair of Specialized XC Lite that I've been wearing year round so far. Cool enough to wear in summer, and with a pair of silk liners I'm sure they'll see me through all but the very worst of the cold. Not very waterproof though.

Castelli look nice, I've no personal knowledge of them though

  • Get yourself to the next happy hardcore night in your area, you'll be able to buy white gloves by the dozen. Stretch them over a normal pair and bob's your uncle.

Alternatively, if you really want to cut a dash, go for a pair of these badboys:

Not that I've tried them myself...

I've got some Castelli Nanos in white - as pictured - OK down to 2-3 degrees max, but wouldn't fancy them for a sub-zero ride without liners. DeFeet gloves are OK for dry autumn days and are quite grippy.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
