Marin Rock Springs/ Wolf Ridge stem length?

Hi,

Anyone got one of these and knows what the standard stem length was? I'm looking to buy a second hand one but the stem is a downhill one and too short for the riding I will be doing. Any help gratefully received. :?

if it's too short for the riding you're doing (even though you haven't ridden it :roll: ) then get one that's the right size for what you want.
Or maybe get it first, then ride it, and THEN make your own judgment call?

it also depends on the size of the frame and also the size of the rider.

wait till you get it and build it with whatever parts you have and then buy the correct size.

As you have already noticed often the supplied stem is too long.
