right, so i knwo the general gist of it that its Base layer, Mid layer, top layer etc. but! doe sit matter is you mix and match brands of layers?? do you have to keep all three layers the same company to see the beenfit for example, if you had an altura base, mid and top layer will that work better than say a HH base layer a Nautical (they sell them in my local wholesalers for £15) mid layer and an endura top layer??
i kinda assumed that it'll work but never really thought about it in a technical sense!!
any pointers?? just to clear it up oin the Noggin!

i've never worried about keeping it all the same make. i've got all different types and i've never died of pnumonia!! (spelling?):D0

No advantage to keeping it all the same brand so get what you like!0

When layering up what materials is it best to use? If you use a couple of layers of wicking stuff will the sweat pass from one shirt to another etc...?0
