Simple answer is YES - SKY already have been awarded a ProTour licence, but due to them not filing the correct paperwork to date by a certain deadline, it isn't finalized. However, it;s a minor detail and they have the next month to rectify it.
There is no doubt whatsoever that they have a licence and will be a ProTour team next year.0 -
So if what I read in the papers is true, does that mean they're guaranteed a place in the Tour against Lance and Alberto's new team, Tandy Racing?0
