Carbon Bars...uneven walls...normal???

Any cause for concern? Seems a little odd to me...but I have zero experience of carbon.

what are the bars?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

i would not worry as there is often some overlap of the fabric."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

looks intentional, carbons strong under tension moreso than compression, the uneven tubing will save weight and improve give.
I'd imagine, i have zero practical experience of carbon outside of my bars and seatpost.0 -
It's to be expected of anything handmade
Alloy bars are made from machine extruded alloy and then butted and bent by a machine automated process.
The carbon bar is more than likely a hand woven process opposed to an automated process, so it will never be perfect just like anything that's formed by hand.
I certainly wouldn't worry about it.0 -
Is the other end the same?0

Remember the ends of the tube don't need much strength anyway.Uncompromising extremist0

I just looked at some alloy bars and they are 'off-centre' as well with the thin wall in the same place as yours. It must be intentional. Either that or it isn't easy to get the reamer machine to hit dead centre. The manufacturers don't seem to worry about it and you probably shouldn't as well.0

Mine (Monkeylite ones) are not uniform wall thickness, but are very obviously ovalised internally, with the material aligned with where you'd expect the load (in line with arms).0
