Haven't riden either one, I have the previous Onix and its been a bit of a star. A mate of mine at my club has a similar Onix to the one you are looking at and he is pretty pleased with it(I can't keep up with him most times) They certainly look better in the flesh than the picture. I think its more comfortable than my model with a slightly longer head tube.Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?

I have a similar Orbea Onix and absolutely love it!!!
Previously I had a Giant OCR (8yrs old now) and the difference is phenominal.
I went for the Orbea as it was different and I love the rather 'industrial' design (some of the frame tubes look almost like girders) - it looks like a heavy, strong and robust frame but is actually deceptively light and very comfortable. Mine's mated to Campag Record drivetrain and Racing Zero wheelset - makes for a beautiful, light, comfy, responsive and bloody quick package0 -
Hi
Ive got an Orbea onix and i love it.Quick but also comfortable on longer rides.Did 75 miles the other week with no ill effects.
Its not the lightest but i think looks are more important.SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES; NOT REALLY GOOD FOR ANYTHING BUT THEY BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN PUSHED DOWN THE STAIRS0
