For me, its off to mighty glentress to have a play in the f/r park and do the red route. Could even be temped to do the black route back down.

Just sent off my broken helmet back to specialized, so have to wait for my new s-works 2d to arrive before doing any proper riding. Also been really ill today, stayed in bed until about 6pm. Swine flu I think... :D

Might just go down the bmx track at the weekend.

I might take the weekend off, or do a local explore, wee bit biked out tbh, big rides last weekend and a great one at glentress last night and my legs haven't forgiven me yet.

I'm off the bike for a week, as I'll be clad in neoprene and 20m under water in the red sea!

Beer in moderation ... is a waste of beer

If riding an XC race bike is like touching the trail,
then riding a rigid singlespeed is like licking it
... or being punched by it, depending on the day
