I'm looking for some advice, I have Tektro R350 Dual pivot brakes on my bike that I use for commuting. Frankly they are not great in the wet. Can anyone suggest some sensible upgrages?

Just change the pads to Koolstop Salmons for much better wet and dry braking. http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Kool_ ... 300005952/ I'm not positive this is the proper version for your Tektro's but I'm sure they have something that will fit. Swisstop brand also get good reviews here but I haven't tried them myself.
