LEJOG DVd and books

Hello, i posted something a little while ago about reading / watching material for LEJOG prep.
Thought i'd say i ordered a few books as well as a DVD recommended by the chap at bicycle books .co.uk - the dvd has inspiried me to get training www.http://www.jollygoodtv.co.uk/lejog.html but i think 7 days may be optimisitic for me - very good background an droute info though.
Not sure if i am allowed to recommend anything on here but the book site is very good and the dvd, in my opinion, is great although i'd like to see another version taking in the western side of the country as well.
