ive just punctured my tyre and need to get it working again, i asked on here a hour ago and my thread has disapeared? anyways someone was say about how to appy sealant to my tyre,
i was wondering how do i know if i have a removable valve core? and if i havent how do i unbead the tyre?

You're right, it looks like your thread was deleted. Don't know why.
Unbeading the tyre just means to take one side out of the rim.
