What difference new Wheels?

I ride a Pace 303 with Revelation dual fork, I built it mostly with new parts but still use an old wheelset from a 2006 trek 6500. They are Shimano M475 disc hubs; Bontrager Camino alloy rims.
These are cheap wheels, I know, but they are true and give me no problems. If I was to spend approx £200, what benefit would I notice when riding other than cosmetic?
Also what should I buy? I am a not light 105kg and ride mainly round Swinley forest.
Cheers.

Stronger, lighter, more reliable and blingier.
Handbuilts, stans flow on the best hubs you can afford from merlin with double butted spokes. For 280 odd you can get stans flow on hope hubs which are great, more adjustable, many colours, and cartridge bearings which require far less maintenance.0 -
You'd need to spens a bit more than £200 to see a noticable weight los.0

Not sure I agree, maybe if you bought new.
I changed my wheelset from a similar set of wheels "Shimano 475 with Alex Rims" to a set of Ritchey WCS XC disc. Second hand £100!
Wheelset is half the weight, maybe not as tough tbh, but for my riding made a massive difference without paying over £200.0
