    Giro is interested in your safety and in advancing our state-of-the-art in head protection. If your helmet is involved in an accident you may be able to get a credit toward a new helmet from Giro by doing the following:
    Send us:
    a. Your damaged helmet;
    b. A copy of your dated cash register receipt;
    c. A letter describing your accident (in as much detail as possible)

    Ship to:
    GIRO
    Consumer Service
    1924 County Road, 3000 North
    Rantoul, IL 61866

    If you have any questions about this program please call us at (800) 456-2355 or e-mail us at Feedback@giro.com. Crash replacement program is available to U.S. customers only. Customers outside the U.S. should call (800) 456-2355 or e-mail us for information on the crash replacement program applicable to them. Remember: NEVER wear a helmet that’s been involved in an accident.

    Contact the retailer, they should sort the Giro Crash Replacement Programme for you. You won't get much off the replacement though, better than nowt I spose.

    That's an American address though - it's Madison that deal with it in the UK. It's probably worth doing but not that much cheaper than buying from CRC etc. Madison managed to send me the wrong size twice as well!

    you said 'i would get'. Putting that you would get it done by the retailer.

    Your original post stated you would contact the retailer.

    Now re-read it in context of the thread and you might finally get it.

    hes wanting to know who will replace his helmet. We've already stated that Madison do a crash replacement scheme.

    Ive re-read and your post still states that you would GET the retailer to do it. I was merely stating the retailer might not want the hassle of it.

    Plain English translation:

    Contact the retailer >> for them to tell you to use Madison >> this way you cover your ass and also find out if the retailer has anther option open to you that they offer.
