edited October 2009 in Road buying advice
I was pretty sure I wanted the 2009 Kona Paddy Wagon, which I was prepared to spend £479.99 on. Then I came across the the 2010 Specialized Langster (£449.99) and the new 2010 Paddy(£545). I'm sure you could always chase next years edition, but I was hoping someone could give me an idea of the improvements and whether it was worth it. I really know nothing about the biking market and would appreciate any advice.

And is the 2009 Paddy likely to drop further? Evans aren't stoking the latest edition.

Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos
  • That's brilliant, thanks. The shop being in Liverpool makes it a little awkward compared to the Evans store in Milton Keynes being a 10 minute walk from mine, but that's a great price. Thanks for the find.

Evans will pricematch any item that's in stock. Apparently.
  • Yeah, and I am considering that. It's just they don't have a size 58cm which, from what I tried the other day, is my size. I'm just contemplating how much a difference 56cm or 60cm would make and perhaps just going for one of those.

Don't buy a bike the wrong size, no matter how cheap. Better to spend £50 more and have the right size. That said Abbey charge £15 P&P on bikes looking at their website, so you could have the size you need and have change.
