My uncle who is 66 years of age has asked me if I could find him some bigger/wider tyres for his Hybrid bike, he is fed up riding on the road and wants to try his hand at some mild off road type stuff but his tyres are too skinny. i know this is a MTB Forum but anyone who is 66 and wants to do some off road however mild surely deserves some credit. However I'm not really up on 700c tyre sizes and was wondering if anyone out there can help with sizes etc. and what is the biggest tyre he can expect to get??? He said he would like some with a few knobbles on too......Any help greatly appreciated....

Try to google 29er tyres.

Cheers guys, found some Continental Vapours that'll do the trick methinks. Just have to get Unc to see how much clearance he has on his frame.Project Finished....On-one Inbred..
