Disc Brake Issue!! Please help!!

Hi. I recently had my mtb at the bike shop to give it a once over as it is only a few wks old. Anyway the boys inside topped up the brake fluid and it went all over the discs. The bike sounds like a scaleded cat when the brakes are tipped! I went on to remove the front wheel to clean the disc with Isoproponal (alcohol). While I was doing this my daughter managed to sneak up and start pumping the brake with no disc wheel in place. I attached the front wheel and now the front brakes are locked up fully with a few mm's of brake lever been squeezed. Also, there is constant contact now on front disc with pads. Do I need to bleed the brakes?? And if so how do I do it? I have shamano brakes on a 2010 Trek 6000. I am just getting back into mtb scene and my last bike had v-brakes which were very easy to maintain... I am hoping someone has the time to help me out.. Also what about the scalded cat???

Take the brake pads out and use a tire lever to gently push the pistons back.
Insert the pads and wheel and all should be fine. No bleeding needed.0 -
get something clean between the pads and push them home.
I hope the LBS fitted new pads after covering them with fluid. if they did not then you will need new ones.
PS the search function does work and this is the 3rd topic like this today.
PPS welcome."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
