Steady slow ride tomoz? (Manchester area)

Anyone up for a slow steady ride tomoz? I've recovered from illness all week and I don't think I can go fast, so I just want a nice steady ride if anyone is interested.

I'm thinking of something like 43ish miles flat with added option of going into tatton park.

Can do a shorter one, I'm thinking 9:30 at the gateway, perhaps 10, no rides on with the wheelers due an event.

Thanks
Will.

I'm surprised it was not steady, the guy there with the full mudguards on and wheelers thing on he likes to takes it real steady.
