been full of it for 3 days and getting annoyed now

    Don't even go their mate.

    I've had one with a cough for 3 weeks now :evil:

    While it is not a bad one it just will not go away. I just cannot ride due to it.

    Tried again this morning to go for a ride but had to give up after 20 km as my nose was running faster than Usain Bolt and my mouth/throat kept filling up with flem :shock:

    I just could not get any oxygen to my lungs. Shame as my legs felt great.
