Going to need to insurance my new steed.
Any recommedations - is it generally cheaper to add it to the house insurance or get a specific policy? Is it worth joining one of the cycling clubs to get a discount.
(Will be insuring £1200 bike)

Loaded onto the house insurance is generally the cheaper option. Some even do like for like replacement.
A separate policy would give other benefits with it like public liability or recovery.
