Insurance replacement

Following the theft of my Scott speedster S10, insurance company has given me an allowance of £1600 to spend on a new bike and accessories . I don't like the look of the 2010 S10 so I'm looking at this:

I'm 5' 11" and 16st consisting of largely bone, muscle and some might say a small beer belly (ex front row forward). The bike will be used to shed some weight and keep fit, riding mainly undulating countryside and rarely over two hours.

I don't think you'll have too much luck getting a price match with your insurance voucher, as far as I'm aware they can't do discounts on insurance things.
