Insurance replacement

Following the theft of my Scott speedster S10, insurance company has given me an allowance of £1600 to spend on a new bike and accessories . I don't like the look of the 2010 S10 so I'm looking at this:

I'm 5' 11" and 16st consisting of largely bone, muscle and some might say a small beer belly (ex front row forward). The bike will be used to shed some weight and keep fit, riding mainly undulating countryside and rarely over two hours.
Any thoughts welcome

I love the Madone but for £1600 you could get this one..

Thanks EL, even better!! I'm restricted to Evans though, so will ask if they can match the deal0

I don't think you'll have too much luck getting a price match with your insurance voucher, as far as I'm aware they can't do discounts on insurance things.0
