I'm in need of an arthroscopy to deal with torn cartilage, however after seeing a surgeon in Scarborough, I have decided to exercise my right to go somewhere else. ( details available on request)

Would anyone care to recommend a surgeon who has done a good job, either NHS or private?

    I know a private ortho-surgeon over here in the fylde coast who did both my knees last year - excellent and well regarded nationally.

    specializes in meniscus landscaping (??!!?) which is basically the removal of as little material as possible.
