    PS- If a clean rider wins the Tour (Garmin, clean???) it would mean that my theory about the French being rubbish is out of the window. I asume the French are rubbish due to their anti doping stance.
    If a clean rider wins the Tour (of course there is no way of knowing for sure) then this means that the French can't really be bothered as Hinault commonly exclaims.
