The walk of shame

Today I was slowly walking along in Hinckley town centre with the misses. (Don’t hold it against me I hardly ever go Hinckley. I hate the place. But the misses wanted to go to a particular shop). Anyway we were opposite a motorbike shop, when a bloke came out pushing a brand new dirt bike (250-400cc at a guess). No helmet, in a t shirt. I initially thought he was just checking it over for someone to test ride or something, when he go on it and started to ride it? I thought to myself that’s cleaver in the middle of the town. No helmet. Shoppers (all be it only a few) around? CCTV? Etc.
Anyways the bloke rode it onto the road spun it round and headed straight toward me and the misses who were just about to cross the road. The bloke then did a u turn and raced down the road whilst a couple of his mates watched from outside the shop. He couldn’t resist it could he and pulled a BIG wheelie doing about 30 mph! And it was a big one to be fair. He went a good 30 or 40 yards with the front end a good 3 foot in the air.
What happened next was not to be expected (or maybe it was)? He lost it big time with a big tank slapper type wobble which threw him off! He did about 4 or 5 rolls down the road and the brand new bike took a beating, as it skidded off to the side and hit the curb.
As the misses is heavily pregnant we had the perfect excuse to be nosey, and slowly walked back to our car only few away. When we left I drove past the bloke who was holding his arm which looked a right mess. His mates were with him by now. He wasn’t too badly hurt fortunately, as I did see him up on his feet. I did feel a bit sorry for him. But I must admit I did smile as he did the ''walk of shame'' with several cars and pedestrians watching him heading back to the bike shop to explain himself!
Have you ever seen someone try and be a show off, and then have to do the walk of shame?

Quality! This should be on the 'show offs get their comeuppance' thread!

I thought you were talking about a different walk of shame. I remember driving to the university campus watching a whole stream of girls walking though town with tiny skirts, smudged makeup and backcombed hair. Classy.0
