    No, he hasn't invaded anywhere. He just shifted the focus of the war to Afghanistan and subsequently has done nothing on deciding wheather to send more troops or pull any troops out. I guess trying to get the Olympic games in Chicago was more important...or...should I say ...more over-rated....
