1 what do scandium bars feel like compared to aluminium bars? which are considered better?
2 does it matter how far forward a set of riser bars are rolled forwards to obtain a better upsweep, without compromising the backsweep?

They feel exactly the same, if all the dimensions are the same.
However they are usually built lighter as the alloy is stronger than regular alu alloy. This can introduce a bit of flex.0 -
I would imagine that alone there is very little noticable weight advantage. As with all superlight components, any notable weight advantage results from a collection of superlight parts. I know this sounds obvious, but thought I would mention it...!
Spend the money on other parts..?
