Only me

I rode somehwere on my bike today

To college

Which is sort of like commuting

Which means I can sort of legitimately hang out here

With a bit of encouragement (and a lot of sleep) I may even get my backside in gear and cycle to work again

One day.........

I have a friend coming down this weekend who may be persuaded to give me a hand making that SS rideable. I find a saddle makes a bike so much more comfortable........

It was, yes. I have two degenerated discs which will never get better so I have to start treating my body with a little respect to keep it working. Fair enough, I guess. BIggest difference I have noticed lately is my inability to stand and grind up a short sharp hill, and the complete loss of my CV fitness

    Welcome back Lins :)

"BIggest difference I have noticed lately is my inability to stand and grind up a short sharp hill, and the complete loss of my CV fitness" Can you reverse this or does your dodgy back make this a non-starter?

Um Linds, you rode 88 miles a couple of weekends ago, I don't think this "oooh I'm a weak and feeble woman" act is very becoming ;)

    hahaha

I was merely pointing out the "commuting" element of that particular journey. One doesn't "commute" to a pub.

    ner ner ner ner ner

If I wanted sympathy I wouldn't come here
