Is this chain link damaged enough to need replaced?

While cleaning and oiling my chain last night I noticed one of the links was damaged - see pics.

If you look at the link in the centre of each picture, you can see that the plate has been bent out a bit at the top left hand side above the rivet, so that there is more play in that area. The rivet head itself is not broken and doesn't appear to be damaged. Question is, can I squeeze the plate straight with a pair of pliers, or should I replace the link? Had a look in ParkTools and Sheldon Brown, but couldn't find anything on this particular problem
