ORIA TRE TUBI VANADIUM TUBING

this is on an olmo im looking at on ebay. does anyone know what "ORIA "TRE TUBI" VANADIUM TUBING" is? is it colombus?

    I don't know specifically what that designation is but Oria is a tubing company that competes with Columbus and I believe both were/are actually manufactured in the same factory to different specs. The Vanadium is added to steel to increase strength and reduce corrosion. I don't know if the Tre refers to the 3 main tubes or some type of triangular shaping or ??? but it's probably a high end tubeset.
