Anyone know any routes in Southern Spain?

I have just moved to Cadiz in Andalucia and I'm wondering if anyone knows of any good mtb routes round here. I have just been looking at the mountains just north of Tarifa and I saw some great singletrack from a distance but couldn't get to it for a number of reasons... very frustrating!
I was hiking in the mountains and I saw loads of Spanish cyclists on firetracks... not really interested in that though. My other option is to pay for guides but I'm trying to avoid that... it's my last resort.
So, if anyone has riden here and can point me in the right direction that would be great. The area I'm looking at is Sierra de Grazalema and Los Alcornocales or Sierra Nevada for a longer weekend trip.
