Doesn't young Axel Merckx look after dear Lance's Livestrong team in the States? Not that i'm suggesting Eddy and Lance are best mates or anything, but they have a business relationship stretching back at least 15 years.

About what the intelligence or otherwise of Eddy or the article in question ?

On Eddy

He has always struck me as a intelligent sort of bloke who speaks well whenever i hear him , sure he has opinions that maybe others dont agree with but being friends with Lance doesnt make you unintelligent by default.

on the AFLD there may be some truth in it maybe not but imo Bodry is publicity seeking and is smarting that none of the riders retested were positive.Its quite amusing how a few posters in here view Bodry and the AFLD as some sort of knight in shining armour and will belive anything they say as long as its to the detriment of a certain rider or team.
