Help with brakes please!?

Hey!
I have recently bought a Scott Scale 50 and during a recent night ride I had a little "off". Anyway, after this I noticed that my front brakes were rubbing. I looked at my disk and it no longer looks flat! It runs freely then rubs at a tiny part. I am wondering what options I have as my knowledge of bike repair is quite limited!
