    What a daft phone call, not even funny. Was he trying to be..? Some prank calls just make sense (like the kermit the frog one on youtube "your member of staff called me a little toad")

    Having worked in a call centre, I can well and truly believe this call :lol:

    A work colleague once had a horrendous call from a customer about his "electric" bill, the man was furious and wanting blood. Steve asked what was wrong, the man said his bill had gone up from 300 a quarter to £1000 a quarter. After much swearing and threatening, the customer finally revealed that nobody had told him his NEW INDOOR SWIMMING POOL would cost this that much to heat!
