white sas/combat 26'' rims
laced onto my formula dx front 20mm thru axle hub, and my rear shimano 9 speed hub with red spokes, with red dmr zip lock grips, hope seat clamp and red hope brake levers :)

will hav to bargain with my parents about who pays for what.

i'm thinking it will turn into a epic rig

also need to choose from maxxis high rollewrs or ardent tyres, cureently running conti gravity but not good for freeride or grip

any opinions?

tell them you want a dictionary aswell, that'll help in the negotiations

seriously though, those rims sound very burly for an "epic rig" assuming that's a rig that you ride epics on? Or I misunderstood you, which is possible. I'd go for something lighter

colours are up to you but it is generally accepted that white no longer makes you go faster as it once did. Something to do with EU regulations on the way they mix the paint I think.

If riding an XC race bike is like touching the trail,
then riding a rigid singlespeed is like licking it
... or being punched by it, depending on the day

He's got Red on as well, and everyone knows that's the original go-faster colour.
